Socialization of Annual SPT Completion: Why Wait Later, Report SPT Today

Monday, 5 December 2022 BPS Mamasa Regency was visited by a team from the Mamasa Service, Counseling and Tax Consultation Office (KP2KP). This visit was in the framework of socialization related to the filling of the Annual SPT independently. The team chaired by the Head of the Mamasa KP2KP (Mustofah, ST) was welcomed by the Head of the Mamasa Regency BPS Sundari Budiani, S.ST., M.Sc. This socialization took place in the Mamasa Regency BPS hall. The Head of BPS Mamasa Regency expressed his gratitude in his speech to the KP2KP team who were willing to come and provide information on filling out the SPT. It is hoped that all employees will be able to complete the SPT without any problems.
Next, the Mamasa KP2KP team provided an explanation regarding filling out the SPT electronically, namely by accessing the link dpjonline.pajak.go.id and then making an SPT through e-filling. Besides that, the Mamasa KP2KP team also provided an explanation regarding the validation of NIK to become NPWP. The Mamasa Regency BPS employees seemed enthusiastic about the socialization carried out by the Mamasa KP2KP team. Many of the employees also ask questions related to taxes and types or items of wealth, income or debt that must be reported in the SPT.
Completion of the Annual SPT is an obligation of the taxpayer. This is stated in Law Number 28 of 2007 concerning General Provisions and Procedures for Taxation, wherein Article 3 paragraph (3) states that for an Annual Income Tax Return for an individual Taxpayer, no later than (3) three months after the end of the year tax. If you are late or do not report, you will be subject to sanctions in the form of fines to criminal penalties.
