The result of consumen price monitoring in rural indicate that was happen rural deflation in Sulawesi Barat at October 2017 is 1,60 percent, that generally triggered by decreased of food stuff expenditure group price index amount of 3,65 percent. Inflation in rural was happen in eleven province in Indonesian, the highest in Banten 0,96 percent and the lowest in Kepulauan Riau 0,04 percent. While, 22 others province was village deflate, the highest in Gorontalo 1,80 percent and the lowest in Papua Barat 0,01 percent. For national scale, Farmers Terms of Trade in October 2017 is 102,78; increased 0,54 percent than September 2017, and happened the village deflation amount of 0,14 percent.
