Based on the results of the Consumer Price Survey of 82 cities in Indonesia in July 2019, showed that 55 cities experienced inflation and 27 cities experienced deflation. The highest inflation occurred in Sibolga at 1.88 percent and the lowest in Makassar at 0.01 percent, while the highest deflation occurred in Tual at 1.55 percent and the lowest in Gorontalo at 0.02 percent. Mamuju with inflation of 0.10 percent ranked 51st out of 55 cities experiencing inflation.
