Abstract

The value of Sulawesi Barat's exports in September 2021 reached US $ 56.39 million, down 3.18 percent compared to August 2021. Different conditions compared to September 2020 where there was an increase of 142.39 percent.

Animal / vegetable fat & oil is the main export commodity of Sulawesi Barat Province during September 2021 with a contribution of 90.64 percent of the total exports of Sulawesi Barat Province.

China, the Philippines, Malaysia and South Korea became the main destination for Sulawesi Barat exports during September 2021.

Cumulatively, the export value of Sulawesi Barat rose by 29.67 percent, from US $ 360.77 million (January-September 2020) to US $ 467.81 million (January-September 2021).

The value of imported goods in Sulawesi Barat during September 2021 was US $ 0.66 million. This condition is different compared to August 2021 and September 2020 which is not recorded in import activities.

All commodities for importing Sulawesi Barat Province are oil and gas from Singapore.

Cumulatively, the import value of Sulawesi Barat rose by 131.57 percent, from US $ 0.73 million (January-September 2020) to US $ 1.70 million (January-September 2021).
