Abstract

Room occupancy rate of the classified hotel in Sulawesi Barat Province in the October 2023 period of 48.05 percent. The room occupancy rate increased by 18.86 points compared to the September 2023 period which was recorded at 29.19 percent.

Room occupancy rate of non -star hotels or other accommodation in Sulawesi Barat Province in the period of October 2023 at 19.26 percent. The room occupancy rate decreased by 0.56 points compared to the September 2023 period which was recorded at 19.82 percent.

The average length of staying of the archipelago guest for the period of October 2023 at the star classification hotel was recorded at 1.32 days or increased by 0.19 days compared to the September 2023 period which was recorded at 1.13 days. Meanwhile, no foreign guest stayed at the Classified Hotel during October 2023. This has decreased by 1.80 days when compared to last month's conditions.

The average number of guests per hotel room classification in the period of October 2023 was recorded at 1.90 people or decreased by 0.09 points when compared to last month's conditions which were recorded at 1.99 people. Meanwhile, the average number of guests per non-star hotel room or other accommodation in the October 2023 period recorded at 1.95 people or increased by 0.05 points when compared to the September 2023 period of 1.90 people.
