Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate or Classified Hotels in Sulawesi Barat Province for the period April 2024 is 19.42 percent. The Room Occupancy Rate experienced a decrease of 3.16 points when compared to the March 2024 period which was recorded at 22.58 percent.

The Room Occupancy Rate for non-Classified hotels or other accommodation in Sulawesi Barat Province for the period April 2024 is 16.52 percent. The Room Occupancy Rate experienced a decrease of 0.76 points when compared to the March 2024 period which was recorded at 17.28 percent.

The average length of stay for Indonesian guests for the April 2024 period at Classified Hotels was recorded at 1.08 days or an increase of 0.08 points compared to the March 2024 period which was recorded at 1.00 days. Meanwhile, the average length of stay for foreign guests at Classified Hotels was 5.10 days, an increase of 3.63 points compared to the previous period.

The average length of stay for Indonesian guests at Non-Classified Hotels in April 2024 was 1.13 days, an increase of 0.03 points compared to the previous period. Meanwhile, the average length of stay for foreign guests in April 2024 at Non-Classified Hotels was recorded at 1.00 days or no change compared to the period in March 2024.

The average number of guests per Classified Hotel room in the April 2024 period was recorded at 2.11 people or an increase of 0.14 points when compared to last month's conditions. Meanwhile, the average number of guests per room in a Non- Classified hotel in the April 2024 period was recorded at 2.00 people or an increase of 0.02 points when compared to last month's condition which was recorded at 1.97 people.
