Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for Classified Hotels in Sulawesi Barat Province for the period December 2024 is 41.65 percent. The TPK decreased by 9.99 points when compared to the November 2024 period which was recorded at 51.64 percent.
The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for non-classified hotels in Sulawesi Barat Province for the period December 2024 is 20.15 percent. The TPK increased by 2.47 points compared to the November 2024 period which was recorded at 17.68 percent.
The average length of stay for Indonesian guests for the period December 2024 at Classified Hotels was recorded at 1.16 days or a decrease of 0.06 days compared to the period in November 2024. Meanwhile, the average length of stay for foreign guests at Classified Hotels by 1.30 days, an increase of 0.06 points compared to November 2024.
The average length of stay for Indonesian guests at Non-Classified Hotels in December 2024 is 1.03 days, or has not changed compared to the previous period. Meanwhile, the average length of stay for foreign guests in December 2024 at Non-Star Classified Hotels was recorded at 1.00 days or decreased by 0.75 days compared to the period in November 2024.
The number of trips by Indonesian tourists originating from the Sulawesi Barat region in December 2024 was 428,584 trips. An increase of 57.03 percent compared to November 2024 when there were 272,932 trips recorded.
The number of trips by Indonesian tourists heading to the Sulawesi Barat region in December 2024 was 380,630 trips. An increase of 44.19 percent compared to November 2024 when there were 263,986 trips recorded.
