Abstract

Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the BPS-Statistics Indonesia (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been carried out by the Directorate of Statistics Dissemination through the Statistics Referral Sub-Directorate since 2005. Since 2014, the implementation of the SKD has included the regency / city BPS including BPS-Statistics of Mamasa Regency. The results of the 2019 SKD activity are presented in the form of a publication containing a report on data user segmentation, lData Needs Analysis, Data Quality Satisfaction Analysis, and Service Satisfaction Analysis BPS-Statistics of Mamasa Regency.
