HSN 2026 at BPS Mamasa: “Back to the Past” Brings Nostalgia and Strengthens Togetherness

The theme was reflected through various games inspired by the past. Traditional games such as gobak sodor, boy-boyan, bentengan, and hide-and-seek were played by BPS Mamasa employees together with eight interns. The series of activities also included dominoes and the Family 100 quiz. These games served as a source of entertainment and nostalgia, inviting participants to reminisce about the games they enjoyed in the past.

The Chair of the HSN Committee at BPS Mamasa, Rayhan Abyasa, expressed his hope that this year’s theme would create an enjoyable atmosphere for all participants. “We hope that this year’s HSN celebration can bring participants back to the past through nostalgia and allow everyone to have fun together,” he said.

The peak of the HSN celebration was held on September 26 and continued with a gathering attended by BPS Mamasa employees, interns, and retired employees. Four retired BPS employees who attended the peak celebration were Sadrak, Demmarapa, Rustan, and Harijal.

On the occasion, one of the retired employees, Sadrak, delivered a few words to the BPS Mamasa family. He encouraged all employees to always maintain professionalism, good relationships, and integrity in carrying out their responsibilities.

In his remarks, the Head of BPS Mamasa, Abd. Syukur, stated that HSN is not only a moment to commemorate National Statistics Day but also an opportunity to strengthen fellowship and togetherness among the BPS Mamasa family. He appreciated the presence of the retired employees and the participation of all employees throughout the HSN activities. According to him, this spirit of togetherness should be maintained as part of efforts to strengthen camaraderie and professionalism in carrying out their duties.

The gathering continued with the presentation of appreciation gifts to the retired employees, followed by the cutting of the tumpeng and cake, a door prize session, and the announcement of the competition winners.

Through the series of HSN 2026 activities, BPS Mamasa not only commemorated National Statistics Day but also created an opportunity to strengthen togetherness among the BPS Mamasa family. The “Back to the Past” theme brought an atmosphere of friendship, entertainment, and nostalgia to this year’s HSN celebration.
