Abstract

Sulawesi Barat's economy in 2021 measured by Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) on the basis of current prices reached 50.34 trillion rupiah, while on the basis of constant 2010 prices reached 32.87 trillion rupiah.

Sulawesi Barat's economy in 2021 experienced growth of 2.56 percent compared to 2020 (C-to-C). Increased value-added creation occurs in almost all business field categories. The biggest source of economic growth occurs in the construction category. While in terms of expenditure, the source of the largest economic growth comes from the component of gross fixed capital formation (PMTB).

The economy of Sulawesi Barat quarterly IV-2021 experienced growth of 3.32 percent compared to the quarter IV-2020 (Y-on-Y).
