Coordination of the Head of the Mamasa Prosecutor's Office regarding Stunting Management

Wednesday (13/9) Head of the Mamasa District Prosecutor's Office, Mr. Musa S.H. M.H paid a working visit to BPS Mamasa Regency. Work coordination between BPS and Kejari Mamasa has been well established. On this occasion, Mr. Musa conveyed several programs from the Mamasa District Prosecutor's Office, especially in terms of helping handle stunting in Mamasa Regency. Mamasa Regency itself, according to Health Service data, has a stunting prevalence in 2022 of 38.58 percent, an increase of 4.88 points from the previous year. With the target number of children under five being more than 11,623 children, efforts to reduce stunting in Mamasa Regency require convergent efforts with all parties. He will hold outreach to villages to direct village funds, one of which is for handling stunting. It is hoped that with village intervention the stunting prevalence rate in Mamasa Regency can be reduced.
