Preparation for 2025: BPS Mamasa Rotates Employees and Forms New Work Team

[Mamasa, December 17, 2024] – The Statistics Indonesia Office (BPS) of Mamasa Regency held a meeting to discuss changes to the work team that will take effect in 2025. The meeting aimed to prepare the formation of a work team that will support the implementation of more effective and efficient work programs in 2025.

“This team formation is carried out to ensure that the work programs for 2025 are more planned and optimized,” said Aan Setyawan, Head of BPS Mamasa Regency. “In addition, employee rotation is implemented to improve organizational efficiency, develop employee competencies, and create a dynamic work environment.”

The meeting also discussed the results of the Workload Analysis (ABK), which showed that of the 53 positions at BPS Mamasa Regency, 25 positions were filled in November. This number increased to 28 positions in December, with the additional positions filled by graduates from the 2024 Politeknik Statistika STIS.
