Abstract

Based on the results of the Consumer Price Survey 82 cities in Indonesia in June 2015, showed that 76 cities experienced inflation and deflation 6 of the city. The highest inflation was in Sorong 1.90 percent with CPI of 119.69 and the lowest at 0.03 percent with CPI Palu 120.46. While the highest deflation in Tual -0.80 percent with CPI of 133.57 and the lowest in Louth -0.14 percent with CPI of 117.90. With inflation of 0.95 per cent and CPI 118.65, Mamuju ranks 10th out of 76 cities that experienced inflation. Inflation in Mamuju in June 2015 occurred due to price increases shown by the increase in the price index in all expenditure groups, namely: foodstuffs at 3.59 percent; housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel 0.21 percent; transport, communication and financial services 0.19 percent; food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco at 0.13 percent; clothing group of 0.17 percent; education, recreation and sport 0.10 percent; and the health group 0.10 percent. Calendar-year rate of change in the index in June 2015 in Mamuju is inflation of 1.54 per cent while the inflation rate year-on-year (June 2015 to June 2014) amounted to 7.59 percent. Indonesia in June 2015 experienced inflation of 0.54 percent with CPI of 120.14. As for the calendar year to June 2015, Indonesia experienced inflation of 0.96 percent and the index for the year to year change (June 2015 to June 2014) experienced inflation of 7.26 percent.
